Job Description:
An Account Engineer advises and supports customers in the quotation process about the technical aspects of products and is responsible for designing, preparing, implementing and supervising products and / or projects, so involved from quotation to end product. In the junior stage you will mainly be busy with the development and design of sheet metal products based on customer specifications. The technical work preparation, making the production package complete, will also be part of the tasks. If you are suitable, you can progress to an Account Engineer.
Functie-eisen:
- HBO degree in mechanical engineering or a comparable course
- some experience with 3D CAD drawing
- a proactive, efficient, inquisitive doer with a practical mind and a fixed will, analytically strong and critical
- knowledge of German and English is a requirement
Working environment:
The Engineering team is engaged in converting customer specifications into a production package, perfectly connected to the possibilities of Goma. In the quotation process, the Account Engineer translates the client’s wishes into functional requirements as much as possible in order to fulfill them as optimally as possible. This concerns prototypes, models, small series and large series of single and composite products. Our package of articles is large and has one thing in common; it is about high-quality, accurate and vulnerable sheet metal.
